Maryland DOH, Alzheimer's Strategic Plan

Challenge

A dense, data-heavy multi-year state strategic plan that had to meet federal PDF/UA and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, not as an afterthought.

Solution

Seer handled full design and layout, data visualizations built for clarity, a typographic system that holds hundreds of pages, and complete PDF/UA tagging from the ground up.
