Large format expos move fast and never pause. IAAPA Expo at the Orange County Convention Center fills the floor with keynotes, panel discussions, breakout sessions, sponsor moments, and constant networking. The challenge was capturing all of it and turning it around fast enough for the client to post the same week.
In partnership with 5600K Productions, Seer covered the expo end to end with high energy floor coverage, attendee moments, and exhibitor activations. As a local Orlando crew that already knows these venues, the team worked with no travel markup and delivered full recap video plus photography, with bonus social cuts included.
The finished recap is built for social and internal use, giving the client a polished highlight reel within days of the event. It doubles as a calling card for associations, societies, and annual meetings coming to Central Florida that need coverage without the travel premium. Seer Productions is DBE, SBE, and LBE certified.
